I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the spa, which was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient, as it was close to the exclusive Royal Suites restaurant and to the Palladium entertainment area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

For us, it was ideal.

We had a lovely getaway in a remote area of Mexico, about half an hour outside of the main resort. The location was secluded, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The resort had its own pool, bar, and restaurant exclusive to the adults-only section of the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and bright, with comfortable amenities. The main beach was nice, albeit a little rocky. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive. The food at the restaurant was delicious, surpassing the quality of other restaurants in the resort.

The walls of the rooms were thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard.

The luxury of this hotel is undeniable, with exclusive amenities that meet even the highest standards. The room was spotless, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The Spa centre exceeded my expectations and the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a true escape from everyday stress. The beach access was convenient and the entertainment was fun. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided tasty food and great cocktails. The private facilities were a plus. The staff was outstanding, providing exceptional service that made me feel pampered all the time.

Although I had a great experience, I must mention the only minor issue I encountered. The garden area could have been better maintained, as it appeared a bit neglected.

During my stay at Royal Suites Punta De Mita, I was blown away by the impeccable service and the tranquil environment. The resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The best part is the personalized dining experience with no buffets, where every meal is made to order. The wait staff, like Alfredo and Hector, were friendly and attentive. If you're looking for some extra activities, the resort is conveniently located near a place where you can take dance lessons or play volleyball. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Great complimentary breakfast and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. Loved the view from our room and the relaxing atmosphere at the pool.

The room was a bit noisy at night and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. The gym was also small and lacked proper ventilation.
